Some anger at the Exhusband
This is a taste of what i had to deal with:
Scott, 5-22-02
I'm writing this letter because I don't feel we can communicate reasonably at this time. I am going to tell you my concerns. The last few months I feel that the kids aren't being taken care of. Camping is a once in a while event that the kids enjoy, but being there on a constant basis has lost its fun for them. This is what they told me. My own concern is nourishing food, cleaning, and warmth. As I have told you in the past, Marlia needs to take medicine for her bowel problems. I have given you paperwork that was given to me by her doctor, informing that she needs fiber in her diet, which means fresh vegetables and fruit. I know you haven't been providing this for her because she returns to me with her bowel problems that I have been taking care of continuously. Due to her medical condition, she requires a comfortable place to go to the bathroom, which isn't being met out in the woods. Returning the kids clean is not much of an issue because they can be bathed when I get them home. It's a matter of sanitation, their hands are so filthy and they have been eating with their hands. I'm afraid they will become very sick if this continues. Not to mention Marlia's bowel problems that can cause skin problems when not addressed quickly. Staying warm in the woods can happen, but the kids told me that their coats were not there when they arrived. I do not know your intentions for the weekend when we arrive in Stevenson; therefore I cannot predict what clothes you wish for them to wear. From your own dirty clothes and ragged appearance I fear your not taking care of yourself enough, to care for those around you. There was a time not long ago when I did not worry for the kids, when I felt that they had a roof over their heads and food and you were providing activities they enjoyed. Unfortunately if things go the way they are, and these issues are not addressed immediately, I will be consulting a mediator about revising the parenting plan.
Given 5-24 by hand with copies of the documents describing her medical condition. No attitude. When i picked her up, she was clean and no attitude.
